Walk a little bit more each day. Most men would rather drive a car or take a cab than be seen dead walking or exercising. If your knees and ankles can’t take the weight anymore, even considering extra walking is going to be an issue. That’s why drinking just one glass of water before each meal is going to make a big difference. How can you fit a little more walking into your already busy day, you ask? The answer is to take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you work on the 88th floor, get off at 86 and walk up the last two flights. Park the car a little further away from the office or the shops and walk the extra distance. You get the idea. If you are really serious about losing weight I can’t recommend highly enough the purchase of a water filter or water purifier for use at home. Water straight from the tap often contains hundreds, if not thousands or impurities. The chief “bad guy” amongst all of these contaminates is Chlorine.
